Hello! I’m Colby. One of the founders of Nanny Parent Connection and father of three (Lucca, Lincoln and Caliana). Thanks for visiting!

When my partner and I began our family in Seattle, WA, we struggled to find quality childcare. We tried all of the “corporate” options but didn’t find what we were looking for. On top of that, the expensive membership costs and lack of personal support left us wishing for a better way.

As a result, we decided to start our own company where local families and child care providers can connect.

In 2017, Nanny Parent Connection was born!

Over the past eight years, Nanny Parent Connection has grown to become one of the most popular resources in the Seattle area for families seeking nannies and sitters. Our Seattle community has grown to over 20,000 members and through the tools and resources we offer, have helped over 70,000 parents and child care providers connect,

In the last couple of years, we’ve heard from many parents, providers, and agencies asking us to expand our service to the Los Angeles area. We’re finally here and are excited to work with you!
